STEP 1 - Before you come

Bring comfortable sportswear, a water bottle, and a towel. If needed, consider some sun protection as many sessions are under open sky. That’s all you need!

STEP 2 - The workout

Every session is group-based and outdoors. We combine strength and cardio exercises in a guided structure. Intensity scales to your level and there’s no competition—just you, your progress, and a clear framework for feeling strong together.
